These Terms of Service govern your use of https://plumbr.store and the matching service provided by Plumbr ("Plumbr," "we," "us").

Nature of the service

Plumbr is an independent referral and matching service. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor and we do not perform plumbing work. All plumbing services are performed by independent, licensed third-party plumbers ("Partner Plumbers") operating under their own Washington state contractor licenses. Plumbr is not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner Plumber.

Cost

Using Plumbr's matching service is free for homeowners. You pay the Partner Plumber directly for any work they perform at their standard rates.

No warranties

Plumbr provides its matching service "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of plumbing services performed by Partner Plumbers. Workmanship warranties, if any, are provided directly by the Partner Plumber.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumbr is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from any services performed by a Partner Plumber.

Communications

By using our service or submitting your contact information, you agree that Plumbr and the dispatched Partner Plumber may contact you by phone, text message, or email to coordinate service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
