What we do is the part that's hardest about finding good plumbing help: vetting plumbers, answering the phone in the middle of the night, and routing your problem to the right person on the first try.

When you call Plumbr, a real person picks up. We ask three questions — what city you're in, what's wrong, and how urgent it is — and we hand you off to a licensed Washington plumber in our partner network who is the closest, most appropriate fit for your job. Most metro WA homeowners get a plumber on-site within 60 to 90 minutes for emergencies, and same-day or next-day for routine work.

Every plumber in our network holds an active Washington L&I plumbing license, carries general liability and workers' comp insurance, and has passed our background and reputation check. We re-verify these annually. And we remove partners who accumulate quality complaints — the network only works if every call you get answered well.

We earn a small referral fee from the plumber when a job is completed. You pay the plumber their normal rate, never marked up. Using Plumbr is 100% free for homeowners.
