We never mark up your invoice and we never share your contact info with anyone except the plumber being dispatched.

Every partner plumber must hold an active Washington L&I plumbing license, carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and pass a background check. We re-verify licenses annually and remove partners who accumulate quality complaints.
Call us. Plumbr's satisfaction team will mediate with the partner plumber on your behalf. If we can't resolve it, we'll dispatch a different partner to make it right at no additional matching cost. Quality complaints affect a partner's standing in our network.
No. Our partners charge their normal published rates — we don't allow markups for Plumbr-referred work. You're getting the same plumber at the same price you'd get if you called them directly, with the added benefit that we did the vetting for you.
